ET/UFO Disclosure | New Zealand releases UFO government files | December 22, 2010May 23, 2012 After UFO Disclosure by UK, Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil governments in last two years, now New Zealand government finally came forward and publish its own x-files. Thousands of secret files on New Zealand's UFO reports are set to be made public, nearly 32 years to the day after our most famous sighting. The files include every witness account of unidentified flying objects reported to authorities since the early 1950s, including the 1978 Kaikoura mystery. They had been held by Archives New Zealand, which was to make them available in February after requests from the public, but the Defence Force stepped in, saying it needed to remove personal identification to comply with the Privacy Act. The Defence Force promised to release the files by the end of this year and is due to make them public this week. More than 2000 pages of files will be issued in 12 volumes. Squadron Leader Kavae Tamariki said the Defence Force would not comment on the files' content. "We've just been a collection point for the information. We don't investigate or make reports, we haven't substantiated anything in them." The Defence Force did not have the resources to investigate UFO sightings, Squadron Leader Tamariki said. The director of research group UFOCUS NZ, Suzanne Hansen, said she had been trying to get hold of the Defence Force files for nearly two years. Operation Black OutMay 19, 2012 In New Zealand, the government is using their uncouth powers to enact The Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Bill. This Bill will allow the New Zealand government to use legal means to punish those who download alleged copyright material without paying for it. Punishments for these so called "criminal acts" are severe. Some including stupendous amounts of money or ridiculous suspensions from internet usage. The right to information is free, and New Zealand needs to be reminded of that. The new law is set to establish a "three strike" penalty, to help stamp out piraters and those that are "wrongdoers" in the eyes of the government. The "rightful owners" of the copyrighted information will notify your ISP's, and your ISP's will send you a letter of admonition. After three strikes, the copyright owner can take a claim to the Copyright Tribunal. There, a maximum fine of $15000 can be placed upon you, or a six month hiatus from the internet. However, to take matters to uttermost stupidity, they have decided that if after 2 years many people are still illegally downloading, they will increase the maximum fine and suspension sentences. This law will also apply to cellular devices in the beginning of 2013. New Zealand has just crossed the line. Anonymous can not and will not stand for this. He has lived "back and forth" between the US, Continental Europe and New Zealand and has been educated in each region. He first became interested in archaeo-astronomy in the 1970's and, by applying exacting surveying and measurement techniques, has made a close study of mysterious, New Zealand, pre-Polynesian structures. The book, Ancient Celtic New Zealand, featured an official archival document, which clearly showed an intention, by New Zealand Government Departments, to withhold archaeological information from the public for a period of 75 years. Since publication of the book, many indignant people have written to the National Archives for an explanation as to why such an embargo had been put in place. They have questioned the legality of such imposed restrictions and have contacted their Members of Parliament to force a release of any information still being withheld. This author and others, simply wish to inform the public that, in New Zealand, archaeological information, artefacts and skeletal evidence can be deemed secret, with knowledge deliberately withheld in the perceived interests of government policy.
